Marblehead Counseling Center provides guidance, therapy and support in dealing with a wide range of personal and family issues.
Project: Brand and awareness program
Challenge: Position the counseling center as a safe place to seek counseling services that is accessible, affordable and community focused, through a comprehensive brand program that included corporate positioning and tagline, a new identity system, collateral, Web site and imagery.
Solution: Working with the board of directors, the marketing committee, management and staff of the Counseling Center, we identified the primary services of importance to the community then focused on highlighting their key strengths in these respective areas throughout all communications materials.
Result: "Guide. Heal. Grow." is a new tagline integrated as part of the corporate logo as well as used throughout the comprehensive program (corporate positioning, brand development, corporate identity system, web site, and marketing collateral) These words communicate the complex relationship between the individual and the counselor in the healing process.
